A special publication titled Africa Diaspora Summit will be printed to commemorate the meeting and to celebrate the achievements of the delegates in attendance. The print and digital copies will:
- Act as a guide for all delegates attending the event informing them about the conference sessions and tours, prices, and times of departures and meeting points etc..
- It will contain the names and images of tour guides and contact numbers for emergencies, medical centers and emergency personnel
- It will promote all networking events including the history of key sites
such as Mercato Market, the sites in Ethiopia and Kenya where tour bus visits - It will also contain a network directory with all delegates names and contacts and all important Diaspora support personnel and centers, such as logistics providers, relocation lawyers, immigration consultants, financiers, embassies, technologists, estate agents, property managers and developers, women centers, banks, business associations such as chambers of commerce, and government contacts including immigration, visa, private and public hospitals and medical clinics and specialist shops and malls etc..
- It will contain key articles and tool kits that Diaspora Africans can use in the future and at all other times to use for support
- It will contain sponsors and advertisers brands, images and products
- It will act as a souvenir to showcase the success of the first event in East Africa and to use as a platform on which to develop all future prints and digital projects
